the use of 360-degree feedback helps to improve employee performance because it helps the evaluated see different perspectives of their performance.
1st EVALUATION
The 1st 360 degree evaluation allows to find my own results and a comparison of these results with the rest of the Disko-very team.
This evaluation also shows what people had to say about my (work) personality and if they would like to work with me again or not.
It reflects my personal results evaluating my strengths and areas for improvement.

RESULTS
Overall people were very pleased with your work as well as your motivation for the Disko-very project. In general your personal evaluation is very similar to the way the rest of the Disko-very team feels about you, which means you have a realistic and good sense of self value.
Your strengths according to yourself are your capability to listen, your ability to take initiative and solve problems.
The Disko-very team strongly agrees with your strengths and generally describe you as an organized, hard worker who is very helpful, which is no surprise when looking at your strengths.
Although your feedback was very positive there’s still room for improvement in certain areas. For example your skills when it comes to managing conflicts.
However you’re self-aware that this is one of your weaknesses, so even though it might not be easy for you try and help in managing conflicts when they arise.
